The Three Counting Modes
The Rx-4 does three different jobs. You choose which one with a single button before you press start.

One-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
Every Rx-4 is covered against defects in parts, materials, and workmanship for one year from the day it ships to you. During that year we repair the machine free of charge at our factory in Irvine.
What is not covered. Liquid damage, damage from skipped cleaning, and machines that have been opened or serviced by someone else. Keeping the machine clean and calling us first keeps your coverage intact, and repairs happen at our factory rather than at your location.
After the First Year
The One-Year Service Contract extends coverage for another year and can be purchased at any time over the life of your counter. Add $195 when you order, or call us later.
